National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers and Students

Has your district, school, and/or teachers implemented the new NETS into the classroooms? I am working on a district committee that is developing guidelines for implementing the NETS. I am interested in hearing about the experiences other education professionals have had in this endeavor. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
